What does each package include?
Every package includes a Guest Website — where your guests can RSVP online and access information about the event and Event Tools — online software for managing your RSVPS, checklist and budget.
What does the Guest Website include?
The Guest Website includes a secure login, RSVP form and your choice of add-ons. The design of guest website is based on your choice of packages. Keep it simple with our Simply RSVP package. Pick the Pre-made Template package to choose a design that suits your style. Or if you want something extra special go for the Custom Design package to get it exactly how you want.
What are Add-ons?
We know that everyone's needs are different so we have a great range of optional extras to help create the product that best suits your needs. For example you may want to include a map and instructions on how to get to the venue. Click here for a full list of add-ons.
What's included in the Event Tools?
The Event Tools include a Guest Manager, My Checklist and My Budget. These tools are part of our unique range of online software that allows you to manage your RSVPs and guest list from any internet connection. The guest list is automatically updated with every new guest. You can use your Guest Manager to: add, edit and delete guests; sort your guest list; create lists based on specific details; email your guest list and even export as an Excel spreadsheet.
You can also create a checklist and manage your budget. The My Checklist tool allows you to keep track of everything you need to do to organise your event. The My Budget tool allows you to keep track of expenses, what you have paid so far and when the payment is due.
How do I know when a guest has replied?
You will receive an automatic email notifying that a guest has replied. Your Guest Manager will highlight your most recent responses and allows you to sort the list by RSVP date.
Can I export the guest list?
Yes. The guest list can be exported as a spreadsheet which you can open in Microsoft Excel.
Can I create a list based on only guests who are attending or have special food requirements?
Yes. The Guest Manager allows you to filter your guest list to find only the guests you are after.
How is it different to guests replying to an email address?
The guest information is automatically inserted into your online Guest Manager. This means your guest list is always update, easy to manage and and instantly accessible from any internet connection.
How do my guests find the website?
Every My RSVP Online site has its own unique web address. Supply your guests with this web address and a password and they can access it from any internet location around the world.
What should I write on my invitation?
We suggest your RSVP instruction includes something similar to:
Please RSVP online via www.myrsvponline.com/myevent with the password 'hello'.
What if someone on my guest list does not have internet access or is not very computer savvy?
My RSVP Online is designed to be used to be easy to use. However if you have think would not have internet access or trouble using a computer then you can reply for them in the Guest Manager. You can also print out information from your Guest Website, such as maps, and send these to them.
Do I need to download software to use My RSVP Online?
No. No special plug-ins or downloads are required to run the site. However we do recommend using the latest internet browsers for optimum results.
Can the guest website look like my invitation?
Yes. Select the Custom Design Package and send us your invite to have a completely tailored website.
How much does it cost?
Select the package you want to get the base price and then pick only the add-ons you need. Packages start from $150AUS for the Simply RSVP package. Add-ons start from $0 - $150 each. For example if you select the Simply RSVP package ($150) with a map ($50) and gift registry ($50) your total cost would be $250AUS.
Are there advertisements in the site?
No. All of our packages are completely advertisement free! If you select the Simply RSVP package you will get the My RSVP Online branding included in the design but there are no external advertiser in the site.
